Once you have confirmed the reservation, you have legal commitment with Tour Trip Greece. Please read in prior and make sure you understood the terms prior to booking.

The final price for tour services, includes private vehicle, professional licensed English speaking diver-guide and-or with a licensed specialized archaeological sites local guide, fuel, parking fees, road-tax, insurance and VAT. The offered price does not include, lunch, beverages, meals, entrance fees, gratuities, except otherwise stated. The sites mentioned in the itinerary of the tours, might be changed or canceled, due reasons beyond our control. Your driver guide is not permitted to guide you inside the archaeological sites by low. If you wish a more advanced guiding, you may hire on the day/spot a specialized licensed arch. site guide, if available. Tour Trip Greece cannot accept responsibility if we are not notified of inaccuracies within 3 days after sending the invoice. We reserve the right to re-invoice with correct pricing, if billing errors occur. In multi-days tours, the accommodation is in b+b 3* tourist class hotels. If you wish other category, please inform us. Please consider that the sites visited are based on the pace of the average traveler. If you prefer a more leisurely way, you can opt to see fewer sites. With a private guide, your tour is catered to your interests and activity level, keep in mind the much too slow way, decreases number of attractions you may visit.

Note that most of the tours involves a fair amount of walking. When third parties service providers are involved (e.g hotel), cancellation fees applied as requested of the third party. When not showing-up, there will be no deposit prepayment refund or your credit card will be charged for the total amount. Cancellation is accepted with 100% refund, only when 1 week in prior of service day. In some cases a valid credit card is needed in order to guarantee your reservation. Be aware your credit card will NOT be charged. Your credit card will be charged only if you request a prepaid service or if the cancellation fees have to be applied. We keep the right to change, add or remove terms, at any time without prior notice.

Confirmation of reservation

Please fill the booking form with all needed data and details as instructed. Type in the comment field any additional information and if any special request or desired service. We will reply as soon as possible and max. within a day. Our reservations team, will answer all you questions and inform you about the every detail, in order to make the reservation possible within the same time. After you will receive a confirmation e-mail, with all necessary information and instructions, as per kind, day and time of service, meeting point, payment method etc. If you require other pick-up address, please advise on booking and provide the name, phone number and exact address. Please also advise if any of your group has mobility issues and you want to modify/adjust the requested services. Then review and verify the booking confirmation voucher and contact us if it is incorrect or incomplete, as it not be possible to make changes on the service day.

Payment methods

Final pricing to be paid for the requested services depends on your extra required choices, tours duration, number of participants, travel and dates, other additions and price affecting preferences. You can pay in Euro by cash in the begin end of the requested services, or bank wired transaction or alternatively your credit card. When additional services included by a third party, you may be asked to pre-pay a deposit of about 25% of the total amount and pay the balance at the end of the services in Euro by cash. Sometimes your credit card is needed, in order to secure your reservation. In this case, your credit card will NOT be charged. Your credit card will be charged only in case of no show-up on the service day or cancellation issue. The on-line payment system used by Tour Trip Greece feature secure server technologies to ensure full encryption of data, providing ultimate internet security.

Cancellation policy

Tour Trip Greece keeps the right to cancel any reserved service, when beyond our control reasons arise, like calamities, strikes, weather conditions etc, if these cases occur, you will be instantly informed and refund if prepayment is applied. We know that even the best organized holidays, something your travel planning can go wrong. Please be kind and inform us ASAP if you wish any changes in your reservation or cancellation one week in prior of the service-day. We are monitoring the arrivals of every flight. If your flight is canceled or changed please be so kind to inform us. If you cancel your arrival transfer from the airport, 1 week prior, there is no charge.

Cancellation fees applied

• For tours: 100% if cancel 48 hrs prior, 50% if cancel 1 week prior, of service date.
• From port: for cruise-boats travelers, o% if vessels docks elsewhere, no charge, 100% if 48 hrs prior, 50% if cancel 1 week prior.
• For transfers: 100% if cancel 48 hrs prior, 50% if 1 week prior of arrival dates.

No show-up policy

If not showing-up on arrival or meeting point, the driver will wait for you one hour and no longer, the reservation will be regarded as no show, and will be charged as in invoice indicated, except if you have been delayed due to any reason of beyond your control, e.g. flight delay, lost luggage, disembarkation problems etc. Please be so kind to inform us and call Tour Trip Greece assistance line: 0030-6938 009988. In this case you will be fully refund and not charged. If you cannot find the meeting point or the driver/guide in the prearranged time or spot, please call us immediately to help you find the location +30 6938 009988.

Note that, if you have no cell-phone with you, you can always ask from any local, you will be helped without questions! Please show understanding for our efforts to provide you the best possible services and inform us for every change or cancellation in time. We are not willing to charge you, except if we have to, because our work-schedules and dates cannot be changed the last days. Cancellations are accepted only via e-mailing.

Privacy policy

The personal information and data shared with Tour Trip Greece (e-mail, contact information, address, name, i.d. number etc), will be protected and strictly private, to be used only for contact with us and provide you the necessary information for adequate services. Your personal information will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared to anyone, unless requested by the Greek state authorities. It will not be shared on public or other parties for commercial use by no means, or used in other way than originally intended.
